Because we're not a booking platform, we don't need the things booking platforms need. You decide what to share with us — and you can delete it any time.
What we don't ask for
- No passport details. We don't book your flights, so we don't need them. Please don't upload passport scans.
- No payment information. No credit card numbers, no bank details. Booking happens elsewhere — we never see your card.
- No ID documents. No driver's licence, no government IDs, no medical records.
- Minimal information about kids. Age band only — never exact ages or birthdates. A first name is plenty.
What you control
- You choose what goes in. Skip any field. Use a nickname instead of a real name. Leave costs as estimates.
- Delete anything, any time. Individual bookings, expenses, photos, whole trips, or your account. Hard delete with a 30-day grace period.
- Export everything. One click for a full account export. It's your data — take it with you whenever.
- Hosted with care. Database in Tokyo, with comparable privacy protections to Australia. Some AI processing in the US — we tell you exactly when and what.
